A 20% cancellation fee will be charged for any no-shows or late cancellations outside of the 12 hour grace period of your scheduled appointment. I understand life happens, if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment please let me know in a timely manner. No call-No shows will result in blocking from booking until the cancellation fee is paid and a deposit for your next appointment is collected. Communication is key just reach out to me if there is a last minute change or emergency!
